Clark Power, a proud native of Port Alberni, has deep roots in the Valley, providing him with an intrinsic understanding of the community, its residents, and the enduring ethos of hard work. Early in his career, Clark earned his Real Estate License at the age of twenty-three, marking the beginning of a journey dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building trust among his expanding clientele.

Driven by a keen sense of goal-orientation, Clark is committed to aligning his objectives with those of his clients, firmly believing that “your goal is my goal.” His approach is characterized by time-honored principles such as attentive listening, market expertise, straightforward communication, and collaboration with fellow Realtors to ensure client satisfaction. With a four-year stint as a licensed Mortgage Consultant, Clark’s unparalleled knowledge adds depth to his real estate proficiency.

Beyond his achievements in real estate, Clark has diversified into Construction and Development, proudly holding the title of Licensed BC Home Builder. His involvement in numerous projects and rezonings showcases his comprehensive understanding of all facets of real estate. Despite these accolades, Clark’s true measure of success lies in the return business and referrals from delighted customers.
Clark’s journey has been shaped by the mentorship of his father, Blaine Power, a skilled faller who instilled the value of hard work and family support. Drawing inspiration from his father’s commitment, Clark places his wife Erin and son Blake at the forefront, surrounded by a close-knit family that epitomizes the inclusive, safe, and welcoming spirit of Port Alberni.

Influenced by his father’s hands-on approach, Clark has applied his construction skills to fully renovate his own home, gaining a unique perspective that benefits clients when assessing properties. Additionally, Clark shares a passion for drag racing inherited from his father. Inspired by their shared enjoyment of races, he purchased a 1970 Dodge Dart, achieving impressive speeds and accolades. Currently undertaking the restoration of his father’s original 1969 440 Hurst Barracuda, Clark continues to embrace challenges, drawing parallels between his professional career and racing—both teaching him the importance of taking risks, acquiring knowledge through experience, and trusting in his skills to achieve success.
